KASA, short for Kuwait Architecture Student Association, was founded on 27 December 2000 under the Department of Architecture, then part of the College of Engineering and Petroleum at Kuwait University. The College of Architecture was established by Amiri decree on 19 October 2010, and the Department of Architecture was transferred to it by ministerial decision in April 2013. KASA supported students through this change, as it was the department's first student club. Some former KASA members are now faculty in the Department of Architecture, supporting us with their experience and knowledge. With KASA's archive, our goal is to highlight the value of volunteering during undergrad and to document KASA's history as it marks 26 years.
